3樓. 日月光明 LKK2018/11/04 01:22Sexual Harassment 是個敏感的話題，這類行爲的定義主觀成份很重。從許多法院判例就可以看出端倪。除非人毫無獸性，以強凌弱可以在任何場合，以任何方式發生。法律絕對無法杜絕，訴諸宗教可能還有些幫助。法律是 男人 寫的，也從不以女性的角度來判定。像Prof. Ford的事例，其實，她有她的2013年心理諮商的證據，她先生在場一同諮商算是證人，也通過測謊，還硬要拿出甚麼四十幾年前的證據呢? 那時候有現代精液、DNA的科學精液根據嗎? 像2016年有名的Stanford Sex Attack案，性侵犯被兩位路人當場抓到，受害者被送到醫院驗證，有證據、、、結果呢? 法官以他自己的男性立場覺得判他幾年(依法最高可判14年，檢察官求刑6年)可憐、可惜、、、只判了6個月。
宗教? 算了吧，宗教的教義、解釋權都掌握在白人 (尤其白男人) 手裡。為什麼像川普這種爛人，共和黨以及福音教派那些一手按著聖經一手拿AR15的偽君子們，閉著雙眼非得送川普進白宮，就為了要掌握司法、立法大權，一年內送了兩位保守派的嘴裡滿口聖經、道德的白男人進了大法官席位。共和黨就是藉由種種手段繼續遮天。

2樓. Sir Norton 魯賓遜，救命！2018/10/17 13:28上週日在貴寶地轉機，被延宕一天，落腳在 Anderson county 的旅店，打尖看電視，美式足球季節正加熱中。
您居處的這城市冷得好快，十月上旬即夜間急寒，入冬之後將更可觀，還好冷天較不催人老啊。

前天入夜氣溫降到接近冰點，讓我不得不打開暖氣準備進入寒冬的狀況，才十月中期，秋分過不久，寒露也才剛過，離霜降還遠哪! 老農曆幾個月前預測今冬會大寒多雪、、、看吧，這下連每年感恩節過後的Sandhill Crane Migration，今年也提前月餘 (我每年接到Indiana DNR給我的email就準備選個日子，備足冬衣、暖鞋、帶好相機、望遠鏡、、、出門觀鳥去，昨天DNR email，已經開始報數每日Crane Count了。顯然，動物本能知道該出門，去溫暖南國的時刻正式現在、、、)
老不老，看人! DNA有差，NS從不搞什麼化妝、保養的玩意，能讓人猜不透真實年齡，全拜DNA之賜，當然，還因人胖脂肪多些讓皺紋少些之故啦。
