我的準遺言
有些人因為生前交待不清楚，留給後人不少麻煩，特在FB上留下遺言如次：
1.不插管、不氣切、不電擊、不可成為植物人。
2.斷氣後，即移冷藏庫，不淨身、不換衣、不化妝，擦臉梳頭兩下即可。
3.不設靈堂、不設牌位、沒有遺像、不拜、不拈香及其他任何宗教儀式。
4.不發訃聞、沒有告別式；大哭而來，靜靜地走。
5.於最短時間內，以市立殯葬處提供最簡易廉價的選項火化。
6.骨灰回歸大地，不留痕跡，花葬、樹葬…均可。
7.遺物丟棄，有價遺產除另有交待者外，依法處理。
8.無魂無魄，所以不Say bye bye了。

9. 在意識清楚的時候，就應該預先思考自己未來的醫療照護與規劃，並與家人溝通討論，進行「預立醫療自主計畫」（Advance Care Planning，以下簡稱ACP）。
