Sentence correction

How do we stay curious and mentally sharp? First, some people say it starts with sleeping long enough. While curiousity is not a linear process, some also think you need to keep your mind open to every new experience and all of the information you encounter. Also, you shouldnt stay up too late or study too long. You can stay highly engaged if you keep your energy high, make sure you dont cut short your most enjoyable experiences, and ensure you dont shut your eyes too tight. Otherwise, you might miss out on a new world of information that will engage and enrich you completely.

What is the best way for you to learn?

I think the best way for us to learn English is to be at LARA, because the teacher and Volunteer will help us engage and enrich our ability to learn English, we must deeply appreciate the teacher and Volunteer, Director of LARA: Trish, here.
