大腸經脈主治頭、面、五官、咽喉、熱病，及本經線之口腔、鼻、如腹痛、腸鳴、便秘、痢疾、流鼻涕、流鼻血，本經脈線如有疼痛及熱腫，顯示大腸經脈出問體。
