In my late 2019 trip to south Xinjiang, I bought two pieces of hot "naan," a salty and a sweetened apiece, before I left for Taiwan via Shanghai. I forgot to let them cool down first before stuffing into my backpack. When I got back to Taiwan, the two pizza-like but plain cakes had got moldy. What a shame it was!
