中台灣三日遊的第二天晚餐，是在台中的劉家酸白菜火鍋用餐，聽說這家生意超好，必須先訂位才能吃得到的美食。餐點除火鍋外，還有湯包、水餃、蔥油餅、捲餅、眷村米食麵食、滷味、經典小炒等，多樣餐點可選擇，美味又好吃。
