THE SNAKE’S HEAD TAIL 蛇的頭尾

The snake’s tail had a fight with its head.［You have led me for so long. Now it’s time for me to lead you.］蛇的尾巴與它的頭。有過一次交手，[您已經領導了我這麼久。現在是時候為我來帶領你。]

The head said , ［I should be the leader. I have eyes and mouth.］

蛇頭說，我應該是領導。我有眼睛和嘴巴。]

The tail said,  ［You need me to move. Without me, you can’t go

anywhere.］尾巴說，你需要我的移動。沒有我，你不能去任何地方

Then the tail grabbed a tree branch and would not let go.

然後尾巴抓起一根樹枝，不肯鬆手。

The snake’s head gave up and let the tail be the leader.

蛇頭放棄了，讓蛇尾作領導者。

The head did not want to help the tail.

蛇頭上沒有要幫助蛇尾。

The tail could not see where it was going.

蛇尾看不見要去哪裡。

Then, it fell into a fire pit.

然後，它掉進火坑。

The snake was burnt to death.

蛇被燒死。
