Heli Hike is one  key point of this trip although it is very expensive (NZ $340 per person)   but very worthwhile because this was first time I took helicopter and wearied striking shoes to go hike  on the glacier.

Not only time and money but also good weather , it is not easy to enjoy the magic trip . heard some people stay in  the small boring town for a little days because of the bad weather. Fortunately , we met good weather when we arrived

After we wore the coat and socks which the glacier guide lent us , we boarded the helicopter .We had to put on earplugs because of the noise . Just after 5 minutes  , we landed on the place which only helicopters can reach .

To be honest I felt very scared because this was the first time I strolled on snow land . The tour guide is a very young lady who helped me very patiently  because she sensed my feeling.
