Both teams looked for a designer and sold his/her products on a show each.

Mosaic choice a fashion designer but she didn’t finish anyone on the morning. It was very terrible because the show would be held on the evening; hence, she had to work in hurry. Unfortunately, PM didn’t do his job well because he not only didn’t prevent Wes from disturbing the designer but also most members including him just wanted to talk with the models. Although Kelly acted as PM, he asked the members to pay attention to the time control; they still lose this game because PM neglected the important task, to set price.

On the other hand, Apex’s PM assigned Elizabeth to interview the potential customers while they were discussing with the designer because Elizabeth always had too many unnecessary questions. Moreover, the designer worked very smoothly, he not only finished all tasks on the morning, he but also prepared the color card for buyer. At last, Apex won this game.

My opinion

☆How to choose a right designer if we have no idea in the area?

☆As a PM, we have to understand not only how to exploit the members’ strength but also how to prevent the members’ weakness to hurt our project. We could not only go projects smoothly but also diminish the conflicts occurring.
