I dreamed that I was taking the chemistry lesson in the high school. I am good at chemistry but I found I coundn't understand what the teacher was talking about in my dream. It was awful!

The chemistry teacher, Mr Ho, is a good teacher. He is very strick with his students and therefore it was hard for me to distract from his lesson. I think that's why chemistry was my best subject. Mr Ho always said his teaching style was designed for the fools and if we still couldn't realize the chemistry, we were worse than the fools. It sounds very rediculous but I can not deny his words.

Some students said Mr Ho looked like "Damo"(達摩). Besides, Mr Ho encouraged his students to read "Jin-gang-Jing"(金剛經) when they felt helpless at study. Therefore, our impression on Mr Ho was a righteous and respectable teacher. By the way, I studied in a catholic high school.

Our high school adopted single-sex education. Boys and girls were separated in different classes and different areas. Mr Ho was also the class teacher of "Zheng"(正班), which was one of the boys' class. He encouraged his class students to take an exercise after school but the exercise was only jogging. Most boys liked playing basketball more. I remember someone told me that one day, some of his class students were playing basketball with other boys from other classrooms and there was a boy seeing Mr Ho was coming over. Then, all of them ran away immediately. 

I was in the class of "Sheng"(身班). Because Mr Ho spent a lot of time explaining the chemistry, we needed more time to catch up with the schedule. Therefore, sometimes we took chemistry courses at physical education time, home economics time and weekends. And sometimes we would take chemistry courses with the boys of "Zheng". I think it was my little happiness in the dull and stressful high school life.
