牛絞肉蕃茄燉飯

利用牛絞肉做出的變化料理,

加上家裡庫存的Basmati Rice Medley,

來自Trader Joe's 的混合包裝米,

再撒上起士,烤箱烤一下,

就是好吃的焗烤飯。


來說一下這頂頂有名的Basmati Rice Medley,

裡面有印度古早米basmati、野生米、各種香草、香料跟乾燥蔬菜。

(Indian basmati rice, wild rice, dehydrated carrots, onions, celery, red bell pepper, mushrooms, parsley, garlic, lemon peel.)

材料:


混合米(就白米也可)1 cup rice 

水 2 cup water

牛絞肉 1 pound ground beef

罐裝濃縮蕃茄湯 1 (10.75 oz) cans condensed tomato soup

辣椒粉 1 tablespoons chili powder

起士 1 1/2 cups cheeze 


做法:

1)將米加水放入鍋中,大火煮滾後,轉小火,悶約20分鐘。

時不時打開喇一下,免得燒焦了。

Bring the rice and water to a boil in a pan.

Reduce heat to low,

cover and simmer about 20 minutes.

(stir occasionally.)

2)預熱烤箱,將烤盤抹上一層薄薄的油。

Preheat the oven to 400℉, grease a baking dish.


3)悶飯的同時,準備牛絞肉。

熱鍋,將絞肉炒熟。

While the rice is cooking,

heat a wok over medium heat and stir in the ground beef.

Cook until the beef is no more pink.

使用紙巾,將多餘的油脂、水份吸乾。

Drain and discard the excess grease.

4)加入濃縮蕃茄湯一罐及辣椒粉,充份攪拌均勻。

Add in the condensed tomato soup and chili powder, stir well.


5)分層的將飯、起士跟牛絞肉裝入烤盤中。


Spread 1/3 of the rice into the bottom of the baking dish

and cover with 1/3 of the ground beef mixture.



Place 1/4 of cheese over the meat then cover with 2 more layers of rice and meat.


6)將剩下的起士全撒在最上面一層。

Put the remaining cheese over the top.


7)放入預熱好400度烤箱中烤約20分鐘。

Bake in the preheated oven until the whole casserole is all heated and the cheese is bubbling and browned. About 20 minutes.
