Practical way or theoretical way
Near the end of last year, a 30 year old guy randomly killed a 10 year old boy. After arrested, the killer said that he was unemployed for a long period of time, so he just wanted to be jailed so that he could have daily meal for his life. Oh, my god! When does Jail become a place for eating every-day meal. This case provoked a strong reaction from here and there of this society. For this reason, being thought popularly, several death executions were carried out soon after the case occurred. However, this action also induced other strong reactions, which were coming from human rights groups such as Amnesty International. They asserted that this guy was just crazy. No sane person is going to kill just for going to jail, and that we can’t, except the God, deprive any human being’s right to life.
Oh, yes, they are always controversial each other, human being’s basic right to life and depriving the life of someone who kills another one for keeping human being’s basic right to life of majority.
Respect every body’s right to life is a basic principle, we always say it without any further consideration, however, we also easily assert to kill somebody when he mean-spiritedly killed another body. It’s the typical policy of an eye to an eye, having been carried out since the ancient time. It seems practical while the other way is so theoretical.
