美女的營養早餐
前幾天恰恰姊說她的血壓升高,
要戒口但是又喜歡美食,
希望美女能做幾道好吃又能降血壓的菜。
美食當前相信大家都很難拒絕,
唯有吃的正確,身體才會健康,
這讓我有機會把一些有關健康飲食的書翻出來看。
那就先從美女的營養早餐燕麥牛奶開始。
燕麥穀物在超市可以買到現成的,
但是我喜歡自己烘烤,可以加入我喜歡的材料,
烘烤時不加任何的油脂也不加糖,
營養豐富又健康。
燕麥營養豐富,
能清除血脂肪,降低膽固醇,含不飽和脂肪酸,
能預防動脈硬化、高血壓及冠心病。
燕麥是低胰島素減肥食物之一,
常常被拿來當作減肥餅乾的原料。
美女不是營養專家,
所得的資訊也是從書上或其他方面,

燕麥 Oat
小麥胚芽 Wheat Germ
南瓜子
杏仁果
葡萄乾
蔓越莓乾
杏果乾
(材料隨個人喜愛及個人對食物的過敏等問題自行增減)
將燕麥、小麥胚芽粉、南瓜子、杏仁果
放入烤箱180度C,每烤5分鐘攪拌一次,
烤約20分鐘至熟微黃,放涼備用。
再將乾果類加入拌勻即可。
每天早餐一杯牛奶加入適量的麥片穀物,營養豐富又健康。
一次多烤一些,裝在密封罐裡保存,方便食用。

barry u were right about the dry fruit, but the nuts are actually good for our body.
nuts have good oil (an important source of vitamine E too), it's not like it has high
saturated fat content! Also, nuts have lots of fibers, so it can make you poop alot.
help those with constipation problem. also help to get rid of bad stuff in our body.
so combine this with oats, is in fact a very good idea!
But I would suggest people to use FRESH fruits, like banana, apple, berries, peaches,
just anything thats in season.
Speaking of balance, if she wants, she can have some vegetable and eggs, or switch the
milk to soybean milk.
In fact she adds milk, so she does not have the "lack of protein" problem here!
I suggest that people can use low fat/non sweet plain yogurt and top it with the oats, nuts , andfresh fruit. Guess what, if you do this at home, you wont need to waste money on buying
them at the stores or supermarket!
I personaly dont like non fat or 1% fat milk, because they simply taste like water!

Hi Bonnie,
Your information about oats is correct. Oats have a lot of benefits to human body for sure.
Just remind everyone one thing: dried fruits often is high in sugar content and dried nuts is high in fat content. Combining them with natural oat not necessarily makes it low fat or calories. Balance is also very important.
Lacking of protein is the problem with having cereal alone. Increasing yogurt and low fat milk intake could make the problem less significant.
