在準備母親節教學活動當中，
有一個是做百合花的活動，
活動解說中有說到需要用到白紙和 pipe cleaner，

WHAT?! What is pipe cleaner?

那是什麼神秘的東西啊?
什麼管清潔用的?
那跟教學有什麼關係?
字典也沒有，那是什麼啊?

結果我查維基百科，發現pipe cleaner竟然是.......

毛根啦!

這裡的pipe是指煙斗，
而毛根它是用來清煙斗的，
所以就變成 pipe cleaner了。

維基百科很可愛的寫了這一段:
"A pipe cleaner is a type of brush originally intended for cleaning smoking pipes, and is useful for cleaning many other things besides pipes."

毛根是一種刷子通常是用來清理煙管或煙斗的，不過它用來清理除了煙斗外的東西也很有用。
