78:4 We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.
78:5 因為，他在雅各中立法度，在以色列中設律法；是他吩咐我們祖宗要傳給子孫的，
78:5 For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:
78:6 使將要生的後代子孫可以曉得；他們也要起來告訴他們的子孫，
78:6 That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:
78:7 好叫他們仰望　神，不忘記　神的作為，惟要守他的命令。
78:7 That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:
使徒行傳 2:17 　神說：在末後的日子，我要將我的靈澆灌凡有血氣的。你們的兒女要說預言；你們的少年人要見異象；老年人要做異夢。
2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:
2:18 在那些日子，我要將我的靈澆灌我的僕人和使女，他們就要說預言。
2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:
2:19 在天上，我要顯出奇事；在地下，我要顯出神蹟；有血，有火，有煙霧。
2:19 And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:
2:20 日頭要變為黑暗，月亮要變為血；這都在主大而明顯的日子未到以前。
2:20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:
2:21 到那時候，凡求告主名的，就必得救。
2:21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

申命記 6:1 「這是耶和華─你們　神所吩咐教訓你們的誡命、律例、典章，使你們在所要過去得為業的地上遵行，
6:1 Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it: go: Heb. pass over
6:2 好叫你和你子子孫孫一生敬畏耶和華─你的　神，謹守他的一切律例誡命，就是我所吩咐你的，使你的日子得以長久。
6:2 That thou mightest fear the LORD thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.
6:3 以色列啊，你要聽，要謹守遵行，使你可以在那流奶與蜜之地得以享福，人數極其增多，正如耶和華─你列祖的　神所應許你的。
6:3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it ; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the LORD God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.
6:4 「以色列啊，你要聽！耶和華─我們　神是獨一的主。
6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD:
6:5 你要盡心、盡性、盡力愛耶和華─你的　神。
6:5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
6:6 我今日所吩咐你的話都要記在心上，
6:6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
6:7 也要殷勤教訓你的兒女。無論你坐在家裏，行在路上，躺下，起來，都要談論。
6:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. teach: Heb. whet, or, sharpen
6:8 也要繫在手上為記號，戴在額上為經文；
6:8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.
6:9 又要寫在你房屋的門框上，並你的城門上。」
6:9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.
