Grand Master said: Root Guru (or personal deity) on the head, as a cresting of the disciple (an ornaments on the head).

Must think of Grand Master's golden words before sleep, that is the mantra of sleeping peacefully, mantra of safety! even though the benevolent thoughts are tiny, but is able to built a castle of emptiness.

Guard own heart to be not indulgence and not heedlessness all the time, is own greatest moat. And remembering and thinking of root guru, will enable all of these to be more sturdy!
