A person who cannot swim keep changing the swimming pool would still not resolve the issue;

A person who is not capable of doing work keep changing career would still not resolve own's working capability;

A person who does not know how to love keep changing boyfriend or girlfriend would still not resolve the issue;

A person who does not know how to operate a family, problem would still not be resolved regardless how he/she change the lover;

A person who doesn't learn how to be a boss would never going to be successful continuously;

A person who does not know how to look after own's health, issue would still not be resolved regardless how much medicine he/she takes and how good is the hospital facilities.

"I" am the source of everything, one must change own self to learn is the root of changing own self!

People who annoys you, is the people who help you;

People who causes you pain, is the people who enlighten you;

The people whom you have enmity with is your saviour in your life;

The people you hate is always the Bodhisattva in your life.

They are a different sides of yours, another one of yourself.

Instead, the people you love is always the people who cause you pain;

The people you like are the people who always give you troubles.

Because they are a shadow of yours, hence, you won't be able to catch it.

In fact, it is you who you love; it is you who you like.

The one that you love, the one that you hate, is actually yourself. Everything will change when you change.

Your world is created by you. Everything of yours is created by you.

Your world is full of sunshine if you are the sun; you are living in the atmosphere of love if you are loving;

You would be in the laughter if you are happy.

Hence, you will live in hell if you complain, is picky, blame or hate everyday;

One would be in heaven with only one thought, one would be in hell with only one thought. Where your heart lies is where the achievement would be.

“我”是一切的根源，要想改变一切，首先要改变自己学习是改变自己的根本！

讓你烦恼的人， 是来帮你的人；

讓你痛苦的人， 是来渡你的人；

讓你怨恨的人， 是你生命的贵人；

讓你討厭的人， 恰恰是你人生的大菩萨。

他们都是你自己的不同侧面， 都是另一个你自己。

相反，你爱的人， 常常是给你制造痛苦的人；

你喜欢的人， 也是常常给你带来烦恼的人。

因为他们也是你的影子， 讓你老也抓不住。

其實，你爱的是你自己； 你喜欢的亦是你自己。

你爱的、你恨的，都是你自己。 你变了，一切就变了。

你的世界，是由你创造出来的。 你的一切，都是你创造出来的。

你是陽光，你的世界充满阳光； 你是爱，你就生活在爱的氛围里；

你是快樂，你就是在笑聲裡。

同样的， 你每天抱怨、挑剔、指责、怨恨， 你就生活在地狱里；

一念到天堂，一念下地狱。 你心在哪，成就就在哪。
