１９７０年４月出生於馬尼拉的黎晶（Regina Velasquez）是菲律賓著名歌手

也是當地史上最暢銷專輯藝人

原名Regina Encarnacion Ansong Velasquez

１９８４年參加電視業餘歌唱選秀節目［Ang Bagong Kampeon］, 贏得冠軍

與OctoArts International唱片簽下合約

１９８６年初以藝名‘Chona"’推出首支單曲　但不成功

後來電視製作人與星探Ronnie Henares簽下她, 並建議她改名‘Regina’

 

１９８７年, VIVA Records與黎晶簽約, 為她發行首張大碟［Regine］　在菲律賓拿到金唱片（20k）

１９８９年, 黎晶代表菲律賓參加亞洲歌曲大賽　贏得冠軍

１９９１年轉與Vicor Records簽約  發行兩張大碟 均拿到雙白金唱片（80k） 奠定她在歌壇地位

１９９３年轉與寶麗金在菲律賓新成立的分支Polycosmic公司簽約

推出第四張大碟［Reason Enough］　拿到３白金（12萬張＋）

 

１９９４年７月, ２４歲的黎晶推出第五張原創大碟──也是首張國際發行專輯［Listen Without Prejudice］（  Polycosmic／Mercury）

製作群包括Michael Au, Alex Yang, Chito Ilagan, Ronnie Henares, Joseph LP, Ricky Cortes以及黎晶。

首支單曲為５月便提前推出的［In Love With You／與你相愛］　寶麗金安排同體系的香港天王張學友合唱,希望帶動黎晶在東南亞華人市場聲勢

此曲由John Laudon譜寫   Michael Au製作成一首流行情歌

旋律悅耳, 黎晶的演繹甜美迷人

當時張學友正處在事耊巔峰, 加上歌曲動聽, ［In Love With You］果然受到歡迎, 並帶動專輯銷售：

中國大陸－３０萬張（２白金）

香港－５萬張（白金）

台灣－５萬張（白金）

泰國－２萬張（白金）

印尼－２白金）

新加坡－２白金）

馬來西亞－２白金

 

亞洲賣出７０萬張以上, 成為黎晶國際最暢銷大碟, 也打響她在東南亞的名氣－－雖然之後她事業重心主要菲律賓

Anyway, ［In Love With You］是黎晶事業最知名的國際單曲,現今聽來依舊動人
