Rocky Road Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 4 taels (160g) pure chocolate
  • 67.5g marshmallows
  • 65g unsalted peanuts
  • ome colour cellophone paper

Method:

  1. Chop pure chocolate
  2. Sit over warm water until melted
  3. Grind peanuts finely and add to melted chocolate with marshmallows. Mix well and pour into pan. Chill.
  4. Cut into small piecesand wrap with cellphane paper.

Cook's Tip:

  1. Melt chocolate over warm water. If the water is too hot or too cold, it is difficult to melt the chocolate.
  2. Home-made chocolate is always treated as a warm greeting to your guest.
  3. The ingredients can be replaced by another dried nuts and fruits like almond, dried apricot, dried plum and raisins. All of them are the good substutions for the chocolate.
