Chicken tenderloin Fried with Assorted vegetables and Straw Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Baby carrot ...... 1 bowl
  • Baby sweet corn ...... 1 bowl
  • Asparagus ...... 3 stalks
  • Chicken tenderloin ...... 1 pc (200g)
  • Fresh straw mushrooms ...... 10 pcs
  • Ginger ...... 2 slices

Seasoning:

  • Olive oil ...... 1 thsp
  • Salt ...... 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar ...... 1/2 tsp
  • Soy sauce ...... 1 tsp
  • Corn strach ...... 1 tsp
  • Water ...... 2 thsp

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes and shred.
  2. Rinse the baby carrot, asparagus, straw mushrooms and baby sweet corns, chop into small dices.
  3. Heat the wok, add 1 thsp of oil, fry the chicken tenderloins. Add the diced straw mushrooms, baby carrot, asparagus and baby sweet corn. Finally stir well with the seasoning and serve.
