Ingredients:

ricotta cheese......100g

yoghurt......120g

sugar......2 thsp

fresh fruit......suitable amount

sponge cake......suitable amount

whipping cream......suitable amount

Method:

1) whipped the ricotta cheese until smooth.

2) mix with yoghurt and sugar, beat well.

3) place the sponge cake into the parfait glass.

4) add a dollop of cheese mixture, then add mixed fruit.

5) repeat the adding until it is  done.

6) serve with whipping cream and fresh fruit on top.
