Ingredients:
flour......100g
cocoa power......35g
soft brown sugar......140g
butter......100g
dark chocolate......80g
egg......2 nos.
chocolate chips......130g
Method:
1) sieve flour and cocoa powder.
2) add the soft brown sugar.
3) melt the dark chocolate with butter. leave to cool.
4) beat in the egg gradually.
5) fold in the sieved flour mixture.
6) stir in the chocolate chips and form a ball onto the barking tray.
7) bake at 180℃ for 7-10 minutes.
