Ingredients:
flour......40g
sugar......50g
egg......2 nos.
milk......75 mL
whipping cream......few drops
rum wine......2 thsp
Method:
1) stir flour with sugar and egg.
2) add milk, whipping cream, vanilla essence and rum wine. stir well.
3) pour into the pie dish and add the fruit on top.
4) bake at 200℃ for 20-25 minutes.
