Under the law:
In Germany, everything is prohibited, except that which is permitted.
In France, everything is permitted, except that which is prohibited.
In the Soviet Union, everything is prohibited, including that which is permitted.
And in Italy, everything is permitted, especially that which is prohibited.

在德國, 除了法律所允許的, 皆不可行. 
在法國, 除了法律所禁止的, 皆可行. 
在俄國, 凡事皆不可行, 包括法律所允許的. 
在義大利, 凡事皆可行, 尤其是法律所禁止的.

In America, everthing is permited if you are willing to pay the price.
- - e.g., if you are willing to be punished by the law, you can kill others, sell drug, etc.
In Taiwan, if you have done so much prohibited, people become numb and forget what you have done.
e.g., Ah Bian & family have embezzled and exhorted so much, average citizens cannot comprehend how much a billion is.
"Justice delayed is justice denied."
"A billion is no longer as useful as it used to be."
(Maybe that's why Ah Bian & Family needed to amass so many billions.)
What else can I say?!

近來司法亂象...感覺像在台灣只要有錢有勢..法律是他訂的感謝 您的回應, 也瞭解 您的無奈與感歎.
本小作, 就是因看到台灣近來的司法亂象, 有感而發....
但冰凍三丈，非一日之寒.
惟望 政府拿出魄力, 痛下決心, 大刀闊斧, 徹底整頓.
使法律不再淪為有錢有勢之徒的私人工具.
願 上天 保佑台灣!!!
