12家產險公司深陷防疫保單理賠風暴，今年截至6月13日為止，整體防疫保單理賠件數已達23.6萬件，累計理賠金額達新台幣83.49億元，單週出險暴增28.7億元。

金管會今（14）日公布，今年截至6月13日為止，一般法定傳染病防疫險承保件數達352.6萬件、保費收入33.17億元，理賠件數衝高至23.6萬件、理賠金額達83.49億元。

若相比金管會截至6月6日統計，防疫險理賠件數週增8.1萬件、理賠金額週增28.7億元，近一週平均日賠4.1億元；今年防疫險累計理賠金額已達所收保費收入的2.5倍。

防疫險保障範圍通常包含保戶遭隔離、確診COVID-19給予定額補償，或針對確診者給予住院日額給付，疫苗險則主要針對保戶施打COVID-19疫苗後出現不良反應或不良事件，給予醫療補償或喪葬費用保險金。

根據金管會最新統計，今年截至6月13日為止，疫苗險承保件數184萬件、保費收入7.27億元，理賠累計各達2.1萬件及8.74億元，相比6月6日統計，理賠件數週增8594件、出險週增3.51億元，主因部分疫苗險有針對施打疫苗後突破性感染給予給付，帶動疫苗險理賠金額也顯著攀升。
