[周刊王CTWANT] 隨著邊境逐步解封，「0＋7」觀光產業缺工下，人力需求因此增加，勞動部表示，自10月起已和交通部啟動為期3個月的專案人力媒合計畫，協助旅宿業等觀光產業缺工需求。

立法院衛環委員會邀請勞動部部長列席報告業務概況，並備質詢。

勞動部長許銘春受訪表示，今年5月與交通部觀光局合作啟動飯店業專案媒合服務，總計彙收425家旅館業者缺工3915人，經各公立就業服務機構逐案主動聯繫，業者因疫情反覆觀望或無法確定進用日期，人力需求調降為1031人；又專案服務過程又再取消求才339人。

根據勞動部統計，公立就業服務機構已推介2076位求職人，達缺工數3倍供業者選任，雇主確定僱用683人，另為配合「0＋7」觀光產業缺工需要，勞動部已於10月7日邀集交通部及產業代表共同研商共識，自10月起以3個月為期，啟動第2階段專案計畫，協助旅宿業等觀光產業缺工需求。

許銘春指出，隨著邊境解封，人力需求上漲，交通部已彙整業者相關需求、針對工作內容、行政條件、薪資內容等了解後，透過公立就業服務機構人才庫來協助求職者的媒合工作。
