【時報記者莊丙農台北報導】長榮(2603)今天減資最後一個交易日，藉著去年迎接前所未有的海運景氣及獲利，今年大幅瘦身，預計減資6成，今天持續量縮在80元附近，該上船、該下船的投資人今天底定，明天起到9月16日(五)停止交易，9月19日(一)減資後重新恢復掛牌交易。

長榮目前實收資本額為529.11億元，每股淨值為82.54元；預計減資後股本降至211.64億元，每股淨值大幅提高到206.35元，現金減資退還股款日為9月29日。

長榮現金減資6成，每千股減少600股，假設今天以80元作收，依據證交所減資參考價的試算平台計算，恢復掛牌價為185元，以股價淨值比來看，只有0.9倍。

不過，股價淨值比低，必須面臨未來景氣考驗。第三季歐洲線的年度船隻周轉次數仍處谷底的4.2次，反映港口裝卸效率仍低，但美國線已恢復至6.3次。而SCFI綜合指數上周續跌306.64點至2847.62點，跌幅更擴大至9.7％，海運貨運運輸旺季並未如期出現解封後的報復性需求，隨著旺季進入尾聲，市場對未來半年海運景氣普遍看淡，將是長榮減資後掛牌的挑戰。
