你有脹氣的困擾嗎?明明沒吃很多,卻有著圓滾滾的杜子,總讓人誤以為吃太撐或太胖,營養師高敏敏表示,之所以會產氣,通常是來自吞入的空氣,或因大腸細菌分解未消化食物所產生的氣體,建議想要改善脹氣問題的民眾,可減少6類食物的攝取。
高敏敏指出,脹氣的常見原因有2個,分別是「來自吃進去的空氣」和「因大腸細菌分解未消化食物所產生的氣體」,想要避免滿肚子都是氣,可注意以下6類食物的攝取。
● 氣泡飲料
飲品中的氣泡會導致吞下更多空氣,建議如果易脹氣,可樂、啤酒和氣泡飲品就少喝點吧。
● 高脂食物
炸物、甜食需更長時間消化,尤其高脂肪食物所需要的消化時間也比較長,建議高飽脂肪攝取量要限制在每日攝入總熱量的10%之內。
● 澱粉類
各種豆類,如紅豆、綠豆等,另外像是地瓜、大小麥製品、糯米、馬鈴薯、玉米等的澱粉類,有時也會造成脹氣問題。
● 蛋白質類
如果你是乳糖不耐者,吃進大量乳糖也可能會引發脹氣、腹瀉和腹痛。可改成喝優酪乳、吃優格等發酵乳製品,同時也能補充每日所需的鈣質及益生菌。此外,植物性的蛋白質和豆製品,黃豆、豆漿、豆製品等也容易產氣。
● 水果及其加工製品

高敏敏提醒,以上這些都是容易產氣的食物,不是說不能吃,而是有脹氣困擾的朋友要減少攝取。除了避免產氣食物,也可以在吃飯時細嚼慢嚥少說話,因為時常狼吞虎嚥或是吃飯說話,容易吃進更多空氣,建議放慢吃飯速度並少說話,且盡量一餐至少吃滿20分鐘以上,維持良好運動習慣,對於改善胃脹氣都有幫助。
但高敏敏也說,若是已經減少攝取產氣食物,脹氣問題卻沒有改善的話,請一定要諮詢醫師或營養師,以免造成其他身體負擔,「希望大家都能跟小腹婆、大肚男說掰掰」。
