Google 將在下週起推出一個軟體更新，來解決 Nest WiFi Pro 的一個網速變慢問題。據 Google 向 The Verge 所提供的聲明，他們正在「調查小部份用戶使用 Nest WiFi Pro 時網速會減慢的問題」。

在紙面上，Nest WiFi Pro 在與其他 WiFi 6E 裝置相連時，應該要能支援 5.4Gbps 的速度才對，但在 Nest WiFi Pro 於 10 月 27 日開賣後，就有用戶在社群論壇上回報，WiFi Pro 會將速度限制到 40Mbps 至 90Mbps。甚至有用戶發現舊的 WiFi 5 Nest 網狀網路路由器速度都還比較快。

Google 似乎是知道了問題出在哪裡，但奇特的是用戶這邊似乎出問題的多是在英國使用 PPPoE 上網的用戶，其他來自美國和歐洲的回報也是有，但就沒有英國人多了。
