夏天最惱人莫過於被蚊子盯上，尤其是晚上關燈準備睡覺時，沒過幾分鐘，就會聽到耳邊傳來蚊子嗡嗡嗡地飛，相當惱人，但煩躁歸煩躁可千萬要注意接下來的舉動，切勿狠狠地往耳邊甩巴掌否則後果恐不堪設想。近日中國陝西省西安市一男子在夜晚熟睡時，因耳邊蚊子噪音纏繞，便伸手一巴掌打在左耳上，然後他就感受到左耳疼痛劇烈，且伴有耳鳴症狀，最後被確診為左耳外傷性鼓膜穿孔和傳導性聽力下降。

綜合陸媒報導，西安市周姓男子日前在家中熟睡時，被耳邊隨心所欲飛翔的蚊子煩不勝煩，一時惱怒便一巴掌打在左耳上，結果他便感受到左耳格外疼痛，聽聲音都悶悶的，還伴有耳鳴症狀。難受的男子急忙前往醫院就醫。

經檢查後發現，周男左耳因那一巴掌導致外傷性鼓膜穿孔以及傳導性聽力下降。醫生建議周男保守治療，並未替其進行手術修復。1個月後，周男再次到門診複診，醫生考慮到其左耳鼓膜穿孔較大，便建議他住院進行鼓膜修補手術。醫生利用耳內鏡，免了外面切口，花了30分鐘進行鼓膜修補手術，所幸術後3週，周男聽力已經完全恢復正常。

耳膜穿孔一般在一個月內可痊癒，如果超過一個月還沒痊癒，有可能會轉為慢性中耳炎進一步對內耳造成損傷，甚至入侵腦部，面臨生命危險的風險。儘管耳膜破裂不一定需要治療，期間要注意保持乾燥、不讓外耳道碰到水，通常約一個月就可自行修補痊癒，但最好還是尋求醫師診斷。
