由中華電信、台灣大哥大及台灣固網、還有台灣之星、亞太電信、遠傳電信及新世紀資通7家電信業者共同成立的「電信消費爭議處理中心」今天(1日)正式掛牌，未來民眾若遇到電信消費爭議，除了直接向電信業者申訴，還可撥打諧音「您申訴，我幫您」的服務專線0800-034-580處理，以提升電信業者的服務品質。

「電信消費爭議處理中心」1日正式掛牌，包括國家通訊傳播委員會(NCC)委員孫雅麗、林麗雲、王維菁，以及兼任台灣電信產業發展協會理事長的中華電信董事長謝繼茂、台灣大哥大及台灣固網總經理林之晨、台灣之星總經理賴弦五、亞太電信董事長陳鵬、遠傳電信及新世紀資通總經理井琪都現身力挺。

孫雅麗表示，根據瑞士洛桑管理學院最新公布的世界競爭力報告，台灣在4G及5G行動寬頻手機市場佔比高居世界第一；而NCC的通訊傳播市場觀測調查也發現，全台使用行動通訊門號已經來到2,929萬戶，行動通訊的普及率高達124%，顯示台灣不只人手一機、甚至超過一機。

不過，NCC也發現，民眾針對行動通訊的消費申訴案件也日益增加，其中又以連線品質、申裝異動以及客戶服務為大宗，因此NCC特別依據電信管理法，指定7家電信業者共同成立「電信消費爭議中心」。孫雅麗說：『(原音)我們預期這個「電信消費爭議處理中心」可以對電信消費的爭議，提供消費者更快速、更適當的回應與妥善的處理；未來通傳會也會繼續地監督業者善盡客戶的服務，減少消費者與電信業者之間的溝通障礙，強化消費者對電信服務的信心，增加業者資訊的透明度以及營造電信服務的友善環境。』

值得注意的是，電消中心僅處理金額小、數量多的消費爭議，民眾可撥打諧音「您申訴，我幫您」的服務專線0800-034-580申訴；若不滿意處理結果，則可尋求進入調處階段，以簡易、迅速、非訟的方式進行調解；若雙方仍有爭議，且金額超過新台幣2千元，則可自調解不成立之日起一個月內，申請第三階段的調處決定；但若對調處結果仍不滿意，則可拒絕調處結果，逕自循其他管道解決消費爭議；NCC也會在遇到緊急重大的消費爭議時出面處理。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi.
