【網路地產王/綜合報導】內政部表示，買房子查地圖不用再發揮想像力，內政部以「3D智慧國土」數位模擬的方式，呈現真實世界多維、複雜的空間關係，民眾只要查詢「多維度國家空間資訊服務平臺」，即可瞭解房屋位置、三維樓層、建物高度及不同時點日照模擬等資訊。

另外，讓民眾以更直觀的方式了解環境資訊，未來也將結合建物登記及不動產交易等地政資料，讓民眾可直接查詢各樓層房屋價格等豐富資訊；目前3D國家底圖初步優化成果，已同步開放各界免費加值運用，以帶給民眾更便利的生活。

內政部表示，為建構智慧3D國土，目前正持續優化三維國家底圖，截至今年3月已完成全國539萬餘個三維建物模型、國道及快速道路1萬1,507公里三維道路模型，並已應用於建物耐震及地震災損評估、土地開發招商規劃、都市通風廊道規劃、太陽能發電選址及房屋稅籍清查等不同領域。

內政部指出，3D國家底圖成果已可於「多維度國家空間資訊服務平臺」（網址https://3dmaps.nlsc.gov.tw），進行瀏覽查詢，民眾進入平臺點擊進入左上方「進入地圖」，並於「圖層列表」開啟直轄市、縣市3D建物後，即可進行360度的瀏覽操作，搭配圖臺上方「基本功能-日照調整」，可自由調整太陽日照時間，進行日照模擬，並可「應用分析-篩選功能」，檢視周邊高樓建物分布。

At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.
