簽署反對--聯合國決定於2008廢除繁體中文

尚未參與投票的前賢大德這股力量的凝聚需要您參與。

聯合國決定於2008廢除繁體中文. 若成了,那每個台灣人幾乎都得學簡體字,

想想我們老祖先千年留給我們的姓名也將因簡體而變形,
中華文化遺產的摧毀不僅發生在中國, 也行將全世界,
可能以後要讀繁體字只能在日本, 這多諷刺呀! 想了就可怕,

請將這消息盡可能流傳出去

I signed with these comments:
Traditional is harder to write but EASIER to use, read and recognize
because it has more distinctions among characters. I would favor simplified
before but not anymore. Due to PC technology today, we hardly ever write. In
10-20 yrs with more advanced and accurate speech recognition, etc, no one
will hand-write at all except signing checks. Just because the majority
in mainland China is used to it doesn't mean is good. Majority in U.S. use
Miles vs. KM, does that mean others should change?
