外頭滴滴答答又冷風呼嘯吹過的天氣,大概是這十年來所僅見的,只覺得這才有過年該有的氣息嘛!冷颼颼的天氣讓大家更想留在家中,與家人團聚慶賀新年,不就跟西洋聖誕節也是要在白雪之下團圓一般?
只是這年味,在大家求新求變求便利之下,越來越淡薄,下廚煮年菜的家庭越來越少,採辦年貨也不少人改在網路上一次完成,甚至連電視台也懶得播放什麼特別節目,反正娛樂選項越來越多了。而不少服務性質的店家為了要搶生意,紛紛號召說過年不打烊還是延長營業時間,固然可以吸引到一些無處可去的民眾,不過如此剝削員工休假的權益,那又怎麼樣呢?但是說歸說,大家還是很難抗拒這潮流。
看看外頭年菜,從號稱一盅199的佛跳牆到幾萬元的精緻豪華組合,就是要大家省下時間掏出金錢,卻又不見得有什麼保證,也沒有什麼營養指導,反正吃完沒事就好,有事那就當作活該,因為大家都要省時間嘛!可是那又有什麼年味?吃那種冷凍又加熱的玩意,就能開運喔?真是了得.....
難道出國或者到遠方旅遊就能放鬆一年的疲勞嗎?那過去一年難道都不能休假嗎?這是什麼鬼道理?還是因為在家裡已經沒啥溫暖了,所以還不如去外頭遊玩以轉移注意力?呵呵,希望不是我想太多。
要過年了,還是要看看有什麼好的習俗該作,讓大家記得為何要過年,不然別到以後才來後悔說怎麼完全沒有過年的氣氛......

沒什麼年味
迪化街冷冷清清的人潮,看的吃的,多過於買的
或許這個年紀的我們已經長大,感覺不到有年味熱絡的氣氛

Having Chinese New Year wasn't on my keen-to-do list since I was a kid. Living in NZ makes me realize I really don't care about having New Year celebration. To me, what matters was having a few days of break from work so I can have a good rest. Now Chinese New Year is not even on the map of "having break from work".
It's like Christmas here, I am afraid to have Christmas because of all the shopping we need to go through. I still like the idea though, but just not very keen on organising it.
It's right in the middle of summer in New Zealand. The landscape and weather is very different comparing to Northern Hemispere.
In the past two years (including this year), I have worked through Chinese New Year in Australia. It makes me feel no excitement towards to Chinese New Year. It's the life style I chose.
Finally I want to say to you all: Happy Chinese New Year. Try to enjoy it!
