According to Steven Levy in the Newsweek article “Vista’s Super Sweet 16 Rollout,” if people replace their computers with new operating system, Windows Vista, which is called OS, they will fell it is different than before. However, Windows users don't fell excitements, so new OS is replaced that always need to occur over several years. Up grade for the OS is essential because it helps a computer to keep protected. In addition, people use Internet to contact any connected things, and to take advantages. For example, some websites, like Google, Flicker, and You Tube, have become excitements in recent years that people often use them. Windows users complain that a major Windows is replaced, but they don't understand that a computer may be killed by network. For that reason, Microsoft has to do significant upgrading for couple years. Vista’s successor is still going to be made in the future. New OS may not be good enough, but people will be surprised as like a song “My Super Sweet 16.”
