<p><font size="4">In practice, situated cognition can be incorporated into the
learning process through attending more closely to our everyday worlds to
developing highly sophisticated simulations of “real world” activities and
events.<br>

For example, technological-based simulations of real life bring to bear all of
the possible outcomes that a learner might have to face in carrying through a

A flight simulator in which a pilot “flies” a plane in all kinds of weather and

are examples of how technology has made situated cognition an integral part of
education and training programs.<br>
