自華爾街上星期打了大噴嚏, 全球金融患流行性感冒. 大家都等待美國政府拿出特效藥. 美國財政部與聯準會緊急向國會提出7000億美元方案, 避免金融危機釀成全球風暴. 此方案若通過, 美國政府負債約佔其GDP的70%, 算是買回次房貸ㄉ爛攤子. 全球股市雖暫時鬆了一口氣, 但美金ㄉ威信將從此疲軟.
美國國會肯定通過部分額度收買(bail out)金融市場, 以解決短期ㄉ困窘. 不過買下"二房", 等於"國有化"房地產. 與在國際上倡導ㄉ"自由市場"相矛盾. 並且從蘇俄近期ㄉ動作-- 出兵喬治亞, 遣軍艦往委內瑞拉, 再再挑釁美國. 小布希ㄉ斥責, 在世人看來又是在唱高調了.

I am getting really confused recently. How to get out debt? Get a bigger loan? Aren’t overspending and overborrowing what got us here in the first place?
In fact, I'm more desperate than confused, because the PIE is not getting anywhere bigger. All we have now is a broken financial/banking system and more and more poverty and fraud are bound to come out. Like Warrent Buffet said, "when the tide goes down you get to see who is swimming naked."
