銀髮族該如何安全在家練習深蹲?
對於80歲以上的長輩來說,平衡感與肌力都已經大幅衰退,此時安全輔助工具不可缺。加藤雅俊特別推薦扶著椅背練習的「扶椅深蹲法」,是最安全的居家實踐方式。
【安全居家「扶椅深蹲」練習3步驟】
步驟1:雙手扶著穩供的椅背
步驟2:一邊吸氣一邊緩緩下蹲,如果有困難,蹲到膝蓋微彎也沒關係,不需要勉強蹲太深。

步驟3:一邊吐氣一邊扶著椅子站起身。
注意:以深蹲10次為目標。若膝蓋疼痛難以進行深蹲,反覆坐下、站起的動作也能達到鍛鍊效果。
別擔心自己做不到,也先別把運動想得太難,雖然運動頻率越高越有助長期血壓控制,復健科醫師吳易澄曾建議,運動醫學研究發現,只要每周2次,穩定完成12周以上,血壓就能看到明顯進步。

對中高齡的高血壓患者來說,先建立習慣、提高持續性最重要。
