陽明山季節限定「向天蝦大爆發」 學者揭原因：颱風過後維持10天

近期上(2025.11.08.)陽明山除了觀賞彩虹，另一個不容錯過的是有時間限定的向天蝦大爆發。學者周昆炫指出，之前因颱風與東北季風共伴效應，為陽明山向天池帶來充沛降雨，讓池中向天蝦趁機孵育繁殖，已有不少民眾前往，而接下來鳳凰颱風預估為北台灣帶來可觀降雨，預料會讓這個盛況延續，但可能僅約10天左右，想觀賞民眾要把握。
文化大學大氣與地質科學系教授周昆炫表示，陽明山上的向天池是火山湖景點，平常是乾涸，每逢雨後才會有水，若北部山區有500到600毫米降雨，讓向天池滿水位，就會讓池中向天蝦趁機孵育繁殖，一般來說，大約僅可持續7到10天，隨著池水乾了，向天蝦就會不見。
「向天蝦其實不是蝦。」周昆炫解釋，「向天蝦」是俗名，正式名稱為「鵠沼枝額蟲」，也有人稱為「仙女蝦」，但向天蝦其實不是蝦，而是特有種小型無脊椎動物，台灣目前也出現在陽明山、金門、蘭嶼等地。
周昆炫指出，去年9月底、10月初時，就曾因大雨讓向天池的向天蝦大爆發，而今年則大約兩周前，因為颱風與東北季風產生共伴效應，為北台灣帶來充沛雨量，向天池達到滿水位而帶動向天蝦孵化，加上鳳凰颱風即將來襲，預估共伴效應及颱風環流將為北台灣帶來可觀降雨，向天池也會持續滿池狀況，也會為向天蝦帶來另一波爆發期，推測可維持十天左右，想觀賞向天蝦民眾可把握機會，但也要注意天候狀況，安全仍是優先。
