葵（學名：Alcea rosea）是錦葵科蜀葵屬植物，又名一丈紅、熟季花、麻杆花、戎葵、吳葵、衛足葵、胡葵、戎葵。古又名菺（音同肩）。在晉語地區俗稱為大花。原產中國西南地區，15世紀前傳入歐洲[1]，世界各地均有栽培，花及根和種子可入藥。
多年生草本，高達2.5米，全株被星狀毛，莖木質化，直立，不分枝，通常綠色或綠褐色。葉互生，圓鈍形或卵狀圓形，有時呈5－7淺裂，直徑6－15厘米，先端鈍圓，基部心形，邊緣具圓齒，掌狀脈5－7條；葉柄長2.5－4厘米。花大，有紅、紫、白、黃及黑紫各色，單瓣或重瓣，單生於葉腋，直徑6－9厘米；小苞片6－7，基部全生，先急尖，裡面被長柔毛；萼鍾狀，5裂，裂片卵形；花瓣花絲連合成筒狀，子房多室，每室1胚珠。果扁球形，直徑約3厘米，成熟時每心皮自中軸分離。花期5－6月，果期6－7月。
解互散紅，涼血止血，利尿通便。用於梅核氣、二便函不利、痢疾、吐血、崩漏、白帶、癰腫瘡毒、湯火傷等。
全日照溫暖環境，植株高大避免種植於強風處。根系深，栽培介質要深厚，使用砂質壤土、壤土或培養土為宜。介質略就澆水。定植時施用一次長效綜合肥料，頂梢發育花苞時每2週施用一次綜合長效性肥肥料。長至1m高時立支柱避免植株倒伏。繁殖使用播種法。
植株高大壯麗，常栽培於牆籬邊以助支撐，並呈現櫛比鱗次的美感。近年發展為景觀花海，吸引大量遊客觀賞。居家應用可用直徑2尺的大盆種植，才能提供足夠的生長空間。
中國古代亦稱一丈紅，是端午佳節的代表性花卉。
