Patty Ryan是80年代德國 Euro Disco流行舞曲的歌手之一，和當時同是德國籍的 Sandra 與 C.C.Catch 兩位天后分庭抗禮。
   金髮披肩的外型、柔美的音色、奔放的節奏感，典型的Euro Disco代表風潮。自1986年，Patty Ryan 的Euro Disco舞曲風靡全球－You're my love, You're my life、Stay With Me Tonight、Love is the Name of the Game和 I Don't Wanna Lose You Tonight，都屬同一專輯【Love is the Name of the Game】。

  與她當時風格接近的歐洲流行團體，有德國的 Bad Boys Blue 與英國著名的 London Boys。
  Patty Ryan與德國 Modern Talking 的 Dieter Bohlen 合作多次，並與 Danuta 合唱過 Touch My Heart。
