為了自行調製適合降血糖食用的低糖冰淇淋所需之低脂鮮奶油，而無需外購昂貴且有高脂添加物的市售鮮奶油，而網購$1,695有自動清洗功能的「小米智慧破壁調理機」。
除了手動操作，也可用手機APP遠端遙控，功能包括冷飲、果蔬汁、湯、粥、漿、磨粉、醬料等的150多種的製作。
而我最喜歡的是，除了可製做冰淇淋所需要的鮮奶油之外，居然還有霜淇淋的製作功能，與提前預約時間放入無需浸泡的黃豆，早餐就可以吃到熱騰騰無添加物的濃豆漿。
經查網路得知：破壁機轉速高，模仿魚的牙齒，秒速打碎植物細胞壁，榨出來的一切食物(不僅限水果)都細膩無渣，並且不需要加水，保留食物的原始營養，促進胃的消化，對人的健康非常有好處。另外，它還是集榨汁機+攪拌機+豆漿機+料理機於一身的下廚神器，具備加熱功能，很多網紅們都喜歡用它來烹製花樣百出的美食~

第一次成功自製鮮奶油
牛奶必須先加熱之後，再與無鹽奶油一起倒入破壁機或果汁機，高速攪打1分鐘後，倒入器皿冷藏24小時。

搞定小米破壁機的APP手機網路控制
家中ADSL的WiFi，幾年前就取消了，而第四台寬頻的WiFi因為價錢較貴，所以沒有安裝。而我的平板與筆電用的是手機網路所分享的WiFi。
這次設定小米破壁機的手機APP網路控制，則是用我的手機分享WiFi給另一部舊手機，下載App後設定控制小米的破壁機。而春節前更換家中的門鈴，也是如此設定的。
但是一旦要在外面遙控家中的3C產品，家中就必須要安裝寬頻的WiFi。所以現在只要在家電用品裝上接收器，就可以用手機遠端遙控了。
比如說我的女兒家中遠端監控器，除了監控錄影毛小孩與餵食的數量、還可門禁管制。相同的用在長照或是嬰兒的照護上也是一樣。更不要說在回家之前，提前開燈開冷暖氣與預煮電鍋裡的菜飯。
第一次手動使用小米破壁機煮豆漿
食譜如照片，黃豆未事先浸泡，成品過於濃稠。準備減少50克黃豆後並先浸泡3小時，再試一遍看看。
第二次手動使用小米破壁機煮豆漿成功
這次改採減少50克黃豆，只用100克黃豆之外，並先浸泡3小時後加水1000m，放入小米破壁機，35分鐘後就有2杯熱騰騰的原汁豆漿。
惜這次發現噪音非常大，不適合「提前預約」在夜深人靜的時間操作。

我這次用的是第一次的配方，發現又煮太濃了，因此加水用破壁機攪拌後，再將泡沫撈出後反而更可口。
