Learn to practice in Buddha Dharma Sangha.
Tea and Meditation practice-
to be with tea and Sangha.
tea Meditation is to be with oneself.
Water is poured over old leaves from the high Moutain and togerther we sense
the sunshine
the sky
the soil in which
we together,
see tea leaves,
smell taste of tea,
drink tea and feel the tea like a fresh mountain stream
we together,
drink tea and we mind become empty nothing.

Today I feel thankful to be with family and farm life in the countryside.
Although I am on the opposite side of the world from which I was born,The love that hums in the tuns and sings through the smiles of the people brings me a deep sense of being at home and at peace.
I saw today how existence is moaning and changing,and how fortunate I am to enter into the flow of loving kindness.
My heart opened with more compassion as people,I only just met took care of me like their child,their sister,their family.
I feh more deeply the simplicity of living,and how cooking a simple dish over the fire with vegetables that grow just a few fut away is a profound mode of existence.
I feel more the heart of simplicity,of breath,of being present to not miss a single moment.
A deep thank you and love from my heart.
May all beings receive the kindness and love expressed today.
May we learn from our lessons and move with wisdom and grace.

Old Tainan
Is a very beautiful city full of surprising streets tant veer away from the busier center.
I feel happy to share this day with “shifou”,a day I will always remember and keep in my heart mind.
Whether eating a small snack or large beautiful meal,practice eating is mindfulness eating,and I feel to share this with all beings.Staying in the present moment is hard work,and mindfulness aiso.
I feel very grateful for Vipassana, for the Triple Gems ( Buddha,Dharma,Sangha) in my life. Very fortunate.
Today,so many beautiful buildings,small streets,Taiwan art,history,temples,and a special 3 grandmothers at old house!
Each moment changing,the bicycles moving and streets and people passing along the canal;the sea at sunset pier wedding hair waves,the nature in full swing,trees swaying and birds talking.
Staying with the breathe,keeping with the mindfulness.
Thank you,thank you for the continuous Dharma teachings,devotion,and love.
