The Declaration of Independence 美國獨立宣言

 "...That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,..."

Utopia : 
a community or society possessing highly desirable or near perfect qualities.

The word comes from the Greek and means "no-place" (non-existent society)
Sir Thomas More used the word to name his book in 1516 , describing a fictional island society in the Atlantic Ocean.

Dystopia :
Dystopias are often characterized by dehumanization, totalitarian governments, environmental disaster, or other characteristics associated with a cataclysmic decline in society.
The most famous examples are 1984 and Brave New World.
