Palm Springs' temperature in Summer could reach 110 F. So, most people visit there during Winter. For some reasons, my wife and I visit there in July. So, we only visit indoor casino (with air conditions), watch movies (air conditions), mountains, Aerial Tramway (30 F lower) or go to LA and San Diago which has 70 F weather.
On the last day, we visit Joshua Tree National Park despite the high temperature. It's a very big park, driving from the entrance of the park to the exit : 80 miles. Can you believe it? It's worth to visit the park.

Actually, I try to add that, so I use this article to test twice, but both are not successful.
