1.Accommodate

Explain:to adjust or become adjusted.

Example:When traveling ,you have to accommodate yourself to many unexpected situation.

2.contain

Explain:to hold or be capable of holding or including within a fixed limit or area.

Example:This bottle can contain two liters of water.

3.banquet

Explain:a ceremonial meal for many people.

Example:A banquet was held in honor of the king’s visit to Denmark.

4.beverage

Explain:any drink, usually other than water.

Example:Hot beverages,such as tea and coffee , were served during the break.

5.broth

Explain:a soup made by boiling meat, fish, vegetables, in water.

Example:A bowl of chicken broth is just what you need when you don’t feel well.

6.devour

Explain:to waste or destroy.

Example:The house was devoured by flames and collapsed in less than an hour.

7.bandage

Explain:a strip of cloth or other material used to bind up a wound.

Example:The doctor put a clean bandage on the patient’s wounds.

8.dressing

Explain:a sauce for food.

Example:The salad was served with a delicious dressing made from berries and vinegar.

9.dwell

Explain:to live or stay as a permanent resident.

Example:The old man has dwelt in the same small village all his life.

10.edible

Explain:fit to be eaten as food.

Example:I’m not sure if this pie is still edible because it sat in the sun all day.

11.embark

Explain:to board a ship, aircraft, or other vehicle, as for a journey.

Example:The passengers embarked on the ship for Alaska.

12.emigrate

Explain:to leave one country or region to settle in another.

Example:His grandfather emigrated from Hong Kong to America fifty years ago.

13.fabric

Explain:a cloth made by weaving, knitting, or felting fibers.

Example:These curtains are made of imported fabric.

14.grease

Explain:the melted or rendered fat of animals, especially when in a soft state.

Example:Bacon releases a lot of grease when cooking.

15.debt

Explain: something, especially money, which is owed to someone else, or the state of owing something.

Example: The company is deep in debt.

16.channel

Explain: a system used for sending something from one place or person to another.

Example:E-mail is a channel of communication.

17.courtyard

Explain: an open space that is surrounded completely or partly by a building or group of buildings.

Example: The apartment overlooks a courtyard.

18.enterprising

Explain:good at thinking of and doing new and difficult things, especially things that will make money.

Example: The business was started by a couple of enterprising young women.

19.distorted

Explain: to change the natural, normal, or original shape, appearance.

Example: Her face was distorted by pain.

20.portrait

Explain:a painting, drawing, or photograph of a person that usually only includes the person's head and shoulders.

Example:The queen posed for her portrait.

Explain: being one only; single.

Example: My sole objective is to make the information more widely available.

Explain: unable to think about or pay attention to something : unable to concentrate.

Example: If you're feeling distracted, take a break.

23.frame

Explain:the basic structure and shape of the body of a person or animal.

Example:She had to extend every inch of her five-foot frame to reach the top shelf.

24.accordingly

Explain:in a way that is suitable or right for the situation

Example:When we receive your instructions we shall act accordingly.

25.drawback

Explain: something that causes problems

Example: The only drawback to the plan is that we don't have the time it requires.
