I have a good habit of walking at least three to five times a week. Unlike in Taipei where I usually walk in Dahu Park or in Bihu Park for five kilometers in an hour, here in Bay Area I usually walk around the pathway around the community for half an hour. In order to let my wife catch pace with me, I walk on tiptoe all the way.
It is said walking on tiptoe could strengthen the muscles of legs and calves. I am not sure about that; I just want slow down a bit to walk abreast with my wife.
