如果這樣的方案能刺激經濟，那就告訴我們，美國經濟衰退，有以下原因：農業部房子壞掉，排水系統不良，人口普查做的不好，氣象局經費不足，寬頻資料不足，印第安人區治安不好，化石能源研發不足，印第安人不夠健康，博物館房子壞掉，波多黎各缺高速公路，海陸空軍經費不足，鐵路需要修理，洛杉磯到拉斯維加斯之間沒有高鐵，舊金山灣區的老鼠不夠，等等。

這些修好了美國經濟就有救了？原來布希和我們以前通通是白癡。

國會預算辦公室估計，這個方案的八千多億只是”看起來”，而實際上是3.27 Trillion。

還是一堆老話：我認為這個方案不但完全沒用，而且還會嚴重的債留子孫，平均美國每戶將負擔三萬美元。這個根本從頭到尾就不是為刺激經濟設計，而只是個”民主黨政府擴權及社會主義方案”，吃人不吐骨頭，亂花我們的錢，拼命幫自己擴權還要我們感謝他們。覺得這個爛貨有用的的趕快去買股票吧，祝你好運。

說回來，不知道股票到底要跌到幾點，這批傢伙才懂得回頭？一定要等到兩年後國會改選嗎？我估計大概是道瓊六千點（不負責任猜測），可是到時候八成又要扯爛帳，東怪西怪，比如怪布希，伊戰，華爾街，石油公司。嗯，說到石油公司，怎麼最近沒聽說有人怪石油公司操控油價？喔～～原來油價低的時候不操控，只有油價高的時候才操控..你相信嗎？
