The Lake Hume is over 6,000 km sqaured to go through all valley of Snow Mountain to make the longest Murray River in Australia for 2,000 km long, and have a big dam to adjust river water in dry seasons from November to next April. This beautiful lake is closed to the border between Victoria State and New South Wales State. I liked to go there for camping, water ski and fishing. It's really joyful.

Many Aussie families also like to take outdoor party in the lake bank in summer.

There are numbers of wild parrots and cows. When I called them loudly in valley, all cows made echo to me. Many wild flowers are planted on hills. It's a natural scene and a wonderful place I impressed.

Don't forget to visit this quiet place and overnight there when you have annual vacation for leisure in Australia.

松林景影入" 休湖"    月光如水水如天    獨上月樓望山影    一片靜謐照心湖

The scene of pine trees are inclined toward the Lake Hume.

Tonight, the moon light looks like the clear water as good as the clear water mirrors the blue sky.

I go up stair to look out at the shadow of mountains.

I feel this quiet night is just what I want to express my feeling.

風興水起波瀾闊    心似菩提情如水     舊時遊伴今何在    "休湖" 依舊浪濤沙

The blowing wind begins to make water wavy.

I keep my mind quiet and peaceful like the Bodhi, and my affection is still like the water.

I ask myself where my old companions are and when they can travel with me here.

Nevertheless, the waves with spray keep on flushing in the Lake Hume.
