A visit to the home of Guinness was fruitful and contented. The founder of Guinness called Arthur Guinness has 21 kids, only 10 managed to survived, built his empire in this city with simple ingredients: barley,hops,water and yeast. The factory has 9000 years lease, for the rent of 45 pounds a year, the lease is surrounded by the world's largest pint glass of Guinness which surges and settles around you. The lease was signed on the 31st December 1759 by Arthur Guinness. He was not the founder of stout beer, he actually perfect the stout with his 5th ingredients, which is investment in research and development.
